When your mind feels too full
Simple ways to slow down, sort through competing thoughts, and choose one next step.

Some days your thoughts arrive faster than you can sort them. Plans, worries, and reminders compete for attention until even simple choices feel heavy.
Get it out of your head
Set a timer for five minutes and write down everything on your mind. Don’t organise it yet. Seeing the list on paper often makes it feel more manageable.
Sort what is yours to hold
Mark each item as now, later, or not mine. Many thoughts belong to a future day or to someone else, and you can set them down for now.
Choose one next step
Pick a single action that would make today feel a little lighter. Momentum often begins with one small decision.
Closing thoughts
A full mind is not a personal failing. It is a signal to slow down and give your attention somewhere to land.
